The 67th annual Recording Academy Awards took place on 2nd February 2025 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and the night was glamorous. The Grammys are always fun to keep up with, the performances, red-carpet looks, and celebrity attendance being the talk of the town.
But of course, the main event always involves the winners and those who got “snubbed.” Since its inception, the Grammys have presented 94 main category awards across R&B, Classical, Jazz, and other genres. We’ll only be focusing on the major categories.

Final Words
Those are all the main categories-that is to say, the categories pretty much everyone cares about. The Grammy wins aren’t the only news this year, a few red carpet mishaps are also making headlines. As always the Recording Academy Awards or Grammys is a shiny and star studded event, with live performances and comedy from the hosts. But over the years the hype around the ceremony has certainly dulled.
Maybe the awards have lost their spark because most of the winners are predictable. The same list of winners every year also takes the anticipation away and the awards keep a more diverse circle of artists. What was your favorite moment from the 2025 Academy Awards? Let us know in the comments.
